What is Decision fatigue ?
From the moment we wake up we start making hundreds of decisions
what to wear, what to eat, which tasks to do first, who to call ext.
The new research suggests that each decision we make requires mental energy, that energy is finite per day
the more decisions we make, the less we have during the day. Some decisions expend more energy than others, causing mental burden.
That’s why most successful people use 2 strategies:
First: Make the important decisions first
Second: Daily decisions will be unified across the week, like what to eat, and what to wear ( Ex: Steve Jobs wore the same clothes every day)
