How meditation effected me?
In the Last week’s when I started to meditate 10 minutes everyday more frequently
My prescription of time changed
Time started to feel longer
Mostly we feel time is long when we are bored
But with meditation, time started to feel longer but with enjoyment
I started to nap for 10 minutes and it feels like an hour
And sit with my friends for few hours and it feels like days
I think thats what they mean when they say ” live in the present”
