Stress is like waste
If u eat any food, there has to be waste that needs to be cleared .. no matter how healthy and nutritious that food There will always be waste
Any life Experince we have
Good or bad
There is stress associated with it
The expeince is always digested through our body/soul
Therefore there is always waste/stress that will move through us and leave us
Exactly like digestion
However most of us shame and judge ourselves for feeling stressed
There is 2 cases
#1. Stress from challenging Experince
We judge ourselves by having critical self talk like u should get ur shit together and not be weak …. which isnt true cause u need to get rid of that waste
#2. Stress from good Experince
Guilt for having negative feelings after digesting good one ! Which is like saying you should feel guilty for going to the bathroom after eating a vegtible.
We never learnt how to let waste pass through us .We always hold it in / by pretending not crying or screaming
Letting go of stress should be recommended everyday like the recommendation of taking a #dumpeveryday.
That’s why most of us feel relevead after a good cry or a good sweat. We are realising that stress
However We associate stress with shame
From now on.. dont
Potty train ur self for stress dumps
And like potty training celebrate every stress dump with chocolate or just a lil dance
